Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice on a batch of petitions filed by the students against the National Testing Agency (NTA) regarding the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2024. Responding to Justice Neena Bansal Krishna's vacation bench, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the NTA, submitted that the exam body is in the process of filing transfer petitions to consolidate all the matters regarding NEET exams filed in different courts across India before the Supreme Court.
