KPI Green has secured a final sanction letter for credit facilities totalling ₹686 crores. This funding is earmarked for the development of a large-scale solar photovoltaic power project in Khavda, Kutch District, aimed at generating 200 MWAC (240 MWDC) of electricity.According to regulatory disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the company had previously raised ₹300 crores through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). A substantial portion of these funds, amounting to ₹225 crore, has already been utilised to finance the early stages of the project.
“This financial support is pivotal in advancing our efforts to expand our renewable energy portfolio,” stated KPI Green. The project is slated to enhance KPI Green’s capacity to deliver environmentally friendly energy solutions and aligns with its strategic goal of achieving 1000 MWp capacity by 2025.
